About the event
The Runningmonk Rollin' 100 will begin and end at Bishops Castle and Onny Rugby Club, forming a continuous loop that includes trails, forests, fields, and some back roads. Participants will journey through three stunning counties, experiencing parts of the Shropshire Way, Offa's Dyke Path, and the historic Mortimer's Trail, accumulating approximately 15,000 feet of elevation. The course features no extremely steep climbs, just the gentle hills characteristic of the three counties, with a few more challenging sections scattered throughout!
Every runner will be provided with a tracker, allowing friends and family to monitor your progress. You'll also receive a finisher's medal, a T-shirt, a buff, and access to fully stocked aid stations (all vegan-friendly), along with plenty of support.
