Midsummer 5K Trail

Following the success of last year's Midsummer 5k, we return in 2025 with our family-friendly 5K trail run.

This year, we are organising this event to fundraise for Bishop's Castle Football Club, as it greatly benefits the community, similar to running and running events. Bishop's Castle Football Club offers a place for individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to connect, fostering a sense of belonging and community. It also promotes physical and mental well-being, among many other crucial benefits, making it essential for us to support the club to secure the necessary funds for their continuation.

The 5k begins and ends at The Church Barn in Bishop's Castle, guiding you along the Shropshire Way and its connecting trails. You'll encounter stiles, cross brooks, scale a few hills, and enjoy a fun, fast, downhill finish.
