Hergest Ridge Trail 10k

After the success of our  first 10k trail run on Hergest,  we are excited to bring  The Hergest Ridge 10k back for 2023, starting and finishing in Gladestry, near Kington.

The route will be well marked and marshalled, taking you to the top of Hergest Ridge, past  the famous monkey puzzle trees and medieval whetstone, to the trig point. From there you will be able to take in (weather permitting) panoramic views of the English and Welsh countryside, including the Black Mountains, and if it's really clear, the Malvern's.

Although this will be a hilly course, there is a lovely downhill finish, and no cut off time, meaning you are able to run at your own pace and create your own adventure, all whilst hopefully grabbing  a glimpse of the wild horses and views.
