After the success of our inaugural Half Marathon, we are back for 2024 with the same stunning route, the same hills, stiles and stream crossings, which will weave around the beautiful Clun Valley, providing you with some of the best views in the area. 

We love the idea of our events helping runner's to progress from 5k to 10k, and beyond, which is why we have created this half marathon. The route will be fully marked and marshalled and as per all of our events, we will have no cut off time, meaning everyone is able to run at their own pace, and create their own adventure.

The route comes in at just over 2000ft of elevation, and will take you through stunning woodland and fields, down muddy tracks, single trails; all showcasing the beautiful local scenery and countryside.

We truly believe here at Runningmonk Trail Events,  that running is for everyone, and aim to ensure that all of our routes are suitable for all abilities.

There will be chip timing by our friends at Readysetgotiming, who are from nearby Herefordshire, finisher's medal, Runningmonk travel mug, filled with tea/coffee or soft drink, random spot prizes, and lot's of encouragement and friendly faces.
