We are back for 2024 with the same stunning route, the same beautiful Shropshire views, the same hills, muddy puddles, stiles and stream crossing, plus you'll get a new and improved finishers medal and a yummy doughnut to refuel on when you cross the finish line.

We truly believe here at Runningmonk Trail Events, that running is for everyone and with that in mind, our 10k is open to runners of all ages and abilities, from novices to experienced athletes and is perfect for those new to running, as there are no cut off times and absolutely no pressure.

The route is well marked and marshalled, and will be chip timed by our friends as Readysetgotiming, who are from nearby Herefordshire.

Under 16's allowed if accompanied by an adult, but unfortunately this 10k is not canicross friendly, due to the time of year! However, if you're looking for a dog friendly event, check out our Clun Half Marathon.
