We are back for 2023 with the same stunning route, the same selfie worthy views, the same hills, muddy puddles, stiles and stream crossing, plus you'll get a medal, beer and doughnut when you cross the finish line.

We truly believe here at Runningmonk Trail Events, that running is for everyone and with that in mind, our 10k is open to runners of all abilities, from novices to experienced athletes and is perfect for those new to running, as there are no cut off times and absolutely no pressure.

The route is well marked and marshalled, and is chip timed by our friends as Readysetgotiming, who are from nearby Herefordshire.
